What does this prove? Nothing really, but my wife said the cause of death was the coronavirus so I was curious. Weird how this death certificate fell into my hands

I just had this conversation with my business partner. This virus kills healthy people, but they are far in the minority. The issues have mostly been with elderly people living in close quarters (LTC facilities with 20-40% of deaths, depending on the state), and people with serious underlying conditions. It is my wish, although this won't happen, that people in general get serious about their health. The reality is that we have brought ourselves to the brink of economic disaster to protect vulnerable people who honestly don't have a lot of interest in protecting themselves. Don't get me wrong, there are people with underlying conditions that are trying. And I have always supported a stay at home order for a certain time period to protect everyone. However, the reality of the data has brought me to think about certain aspects. Everyone is focused on the Open up vs Stay At Home argument, but to me, there are so many other issues that need to be addressed to avoid the problems that this has caused. The situation with long term care facilities is the saddest - there needs to be a serious deep dive into how to protect these folks better.

It's this type of evidence that shows the Chinese virus is not that bad, China did not do this to us, China is not winning. If any American is having any problem from this, those problems were brought on them by themselves and the American government.

The death certificate you posted shows COVID-19 as only one-fourth the cause of death, the guy also had died from, diabetes, hpertension, and hyperlipidemia, according to the death certificate. That is evidence that coronavirus is not that big a deal. China unleashing this disease on us is not causing us many problems, despite what Liberal protesters are trying to claim.

I would hope the doctors have already stopped using ventilators as it was discovered weeks ago ventilators are killing people with Covid 19

Maybe Cuomo is being disingenuous with saying that since I was told by someone I know who is an er doctor in NYC that
they stopped using ventilators due to that reasoning. They would need to not use them or figure out what settings could be used, if any to use a ventilator.

Ventilators are complicated machines. It takes expertise to operate ventilators.

They were able to ramp up and make ventilators but there aren't near enough people who know how to properly use them.

My guess is that's why they are having such poor success using ventilators. But they're not going to tell you that.

This high setting was pretty much making things worse and killing people it was discovered. So they stopped using them and
started using high flow oxygen, which was not killing people. Whether they have figured out settings on ventilators that will not make things worse
for people with Covid 19 is not known. I have seen nothing or heard nothing from my friends at the hospitals
